Servizi Italia S.p.A. (the "Company"), following the press release of 20 April 2023 and acknowledging the press release issued today by the offeror Cometa S.r.l., pursuant to Article 102 of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 ("TUF"), concerning all the ordinary shares of the Company after deducting the ordinary shares held by the parent company Aurum S.p.A. and the treasury shares held by the Company, informs that the share buyback program coordinated by the intermediary INTERMONTE SIM S.p.A, approved by the Company's Board of Directors on 20 April 2023 in compliance with the authorization of the Shareholders' Meeting received on the same date, pursuant to the contract stipulated with the intermediary, is suspended from today's date until the end of the acceptance period of the voluntary public tender offer on the Company's shares promoted by the offeror Cometa S.r.l., wholly owned subsidiary of Aurum S.p.A.
As of today's date, the Company holds no. 2,507,752 treasury shares equal to 7.88% of the share capital.
