AEFFE: 2024 Financial Calendar
San Giovanni in Marignano, 14 November 2023- Aeffe S.p.A., listed in the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, which operates in the luxury sector, with a presence in the prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino and Pollini, communicates the dates of the Aeffe's 2024 Financial Calendar.
January 25th 2024: Board of Directors approves Aeffe Group Net Sales 2022 results;
March 14th 2024: Board of Directors approves the draft of annual consolidated results (31st December 2023) and relative conference call at 4 p.m.;
April 23th 2024: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approves annual consolidated results (31st December 2023);
May 10th 2024: Board of Directors approves 1Q 2024 consolidated results and relative conference call at 4 p.m;
August 1st 2024: Board of Directors approves 1H 2024 consolidated results and relative conference call at 4 p.m;
November 14th 2024: Board of Directors approves 9M 2024 consolidated results and relative conference call at 4 p.m.
