Milano, 17 novembre 2023 – Saipem S.p.A. (la "Società") informa che il parere sulla congruità del prezzo di emissione delle azioni rilasciato dalla Società di Revisione ai sensi dell'art. 158 del D. Lgs n. 58/1998 (Testo Unico della Finanza) è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com | sezione "Governance" – "Assemblea degli azionisti"), presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () e sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it).

Saipem: Publication of the fairness opinion of the share issue price
Milan (Italy), November 17, 2023 – Saipem S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the fairness opinion of the share issue price produced by the External Auditors pursuant to Article 158 of Legislative Decree 58/1998 is available at the Company's registered office, on the website of the Company (www.saipem.com | Section "Governance" - "Shareholders' Meeting"), through the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" () and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it).
