INTESA SANPAOLO: MOODY'S CHANGES OUTLOOK FROM NEGATIVE TO STABLE AND AFFIRMS RATINGS

Turin - Milan, 22 November 2023 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that Moody's has affirmed the Bank's 'Baa1' long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and changed its outlook from negative to stable. The 'P-2' short-term rating has been affirmed.

This follows a similar action on Italy's outlook disclosed by Moody's on 17 November 2023.
