Merger by incorporation of Bipielle Real Estate S.p.A. in Banco BPM S.p.A.: notice of completed filing of documents

Milan, 2 November 2021 – Further to the press release of 12 August 2021, it is hereby stated that, as of today, the Board of Directors' report of 19 October 2021, approving the planned merger by incorporation of Bipielle Real Estate S.p.A in Banco BPM S.p.A., pursuant to art. 2505, second paragraph, of the Italian Civil Code and art. 24.2.3 of the Articles of Association, is available to the public, in compliance with the legislation in force, at the company's registered office and Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and is published on Banco BPM S.p.A.'s website www.gruppo.bancobpm.it ("Investor Relations > Corporate transactions > 2021 - Bipielle Real Estate Merger" section) and on the website of the authorised storage mechanism .
