SERVICING CONTRACT FOR €500 MILLION GBV AWARDED IN SPAIN

Rome, December 1st , 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has secured the servicing contract on approximately €500 million GBV of secured NPLs in Spain from an investor. Approximately €170 million GBVs were already being serviced by doValue; with this transactions doValue secures this amount and adds approximately €330 million of additional GBVs. The management of the portfolio will begin in the first quarter of 2024.

The transaction reflects the differentiation strategy implemented in doValue Spain in terms of Clients, portofolios and services.
