Ascopiave S.p.A., in compliance with section 2.6.2 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. regulation, announces the calendar of main expected company's events for 2024:

March 7, 2024: Board of Directors' Meeting approving the Draft Financial Statements and the consolidated Financial Statements relating to the 2023 financial year

March 7, 2024: Analyst presentation

April 17, 2024: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approving the Financial Statements and illustrating the consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023 – first call

April 18, 2024: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approving the Financial Statements and illustrating the consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023 – second call

The Draft Financial Statements and the consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023 will be made available by the Company within the terms set forth under Article 2.2.3 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Regulation; therefore, Ascopiave will be exempted from the publication of 4Q 2023 Financial Results.

The Company will promptly notify the market about any changes to the above the mentioned scheduled events.

The Ascopiave Group is one of the main national operators in the natural gas distribution sector, managing the service in 304 municipalities in Northern Italy, through a network of over 14,500 km with approximately 870,000 users. The Group is also active in the renewable energy and integrated water service sector and holds minority shareholdings in companies operating in the marketing of energy and public services.

In the renewable energy sector, the Group manages 28 hydroelectric and wind plants in production, with a nominal power of 62.5 MW, and is building a new wind farm, with a power of 21.6 MW.

Ascopiave is a shareholder and technological partner of the company Cogeide S.p.A., operator of the integrated water service active in 15 Lombard municipalities, with a catchment area of over 100,000 inhabitants and a network of 880 km.

Ascopiave is a partner of the Hera Group in the marketing of energy, holding a 25% stake in the company EstEnergy S.p.A., a leading operator in the sector with a portfolio of over 1 million contracts with final consumers, mainly in the Veneto, Friuli Venezia-Giulia regions and Lombardy.

The Group also holds minority shareholdings in companies active in the marketing of energy (Hera Comm S.p.A.) in the utilities sector (Acinque S.p.A.) and in information and communication technology (Acantho S.p.A.).

Ascopiave has been listed on the Euronext Star Milan segment of Borsa Italiana since 12 December 2006.
