APPROVAZIONE DEL CALENDARIO FINANZIARIO PER L'ANNO 2024

Milano, 13 dicembre 2023 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società"), leader in Italia e uno dei principali operatori integrati a livello globale nel settore fieristico e congressuale comunica che il calendario degli eventi societari per l'anno 2024 è stato approvato in data odierna e prevede i seguenti eventi:

• 13 marzo 2024: Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'esame del Progetto di Bilancio d'Esercizio e del Bilancio Consolidato al 31 dicembre 2023;
• 23 aprile 2024: Assemblea ordinaria (convocazione unica) per l'approvazione del Bilancio d'Esercizio al 31 dicembre 2023 e presentazione del Bilancio Consolidato al 31 dicembre 2023;
• 13 maggio 2024: Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione al 31 marzo 2024;
• 29 luglio 2024: Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale al 30 giugno 2024;
• 13 novembre 2024: Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione al 30 settembre 2024.

A valle dei Consigli di Amministrazione di marzo, maggio, luglio e novembre sono previste le conference call con investitori istituzionali e analisti finanziari per commentare i risultati del periodo. Eventuali variazioni concernenti le date sopra indicate verranno tempestivamente comunicate al mercato.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione precisa che, in aggiunta alla Relazione Finanziaria Annuale e Semestrale previste dall'articolo 154-ter, commi 1 e 2 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98 ("TUF"), continuerà ad approvare e mettere a disposizione del pubblico i "Resoconti intermedi di gestione" relativi ai trimestri chiusi al 31 marzo e 30 settembre di ogni esercizio, in ottemperanza all'art. 82-ter del Regolamento adottato da Consob con delibera n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999 ("Regolamento Emittenti") in tema di "Informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive", nei termini e con le modalità già utilizzati dalla Società.

APPROVAL OF THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR THE 2024 FINANCIAL YEAR

Milan, 13 December 2023 – The Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators worldwide in the exhibition and congress industry, today announces that the corporate events calendar for the 2024 financial year has been approved and it includes the following events:

• 13 March 2024: Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2023;
• 23 April 2024: Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements at 31 December 2023 and presentation of the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2023;
• 13 May 2024: Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 31 March 2024;
• 29 July 2024: Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Half-year Financial Report at 30 June 2024;
• 13 November 2024: Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 30 September 2024.

Following the meetings of the Board of Directors in March, May, July and November, conference calls will be held with institutional investors and financial analysts to comment on the results of the period. Any amendments to the dates indicated above will be promptly communicated to the market.

The Board of Directors specifies that, in addition to the Annual and Half-Year Financial Report required by Article 154-ter, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree no. 58/98 ("TUF"), will continue to approve and make available to the public the "Interim management reports" relating to the quarters ended at 31 March and 30 September of each financial year, in compliance with art. 82-ter of the Regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 of May 14, 1999 ("Issuers Regulation") relating to "Additional periodic financial information", on the same terms applied in the past by the Company.
