CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR YEAR 2024

Milan, 13 December 2023. Generalfinance announces that, today, the Company's Board of Directors approved the calendar of corporate events for fiscal year 2024.

Board of Directors	23 February	- Draft of the Annual Financial Report and allocation of profit for fiscal year 2023 - Report on the compensation policy and remuneration paid - Report on corporate governance and ownership structures - Notice of the Shareholders' Meeting to approve the financial statements as of 31.12.2023.
Shareholders' Meeting	5 April	- Approval of the financial statements for fiscal year 2023. - Allocation of profit for fiscal year 2023. - Report on the compensation policy and remuneration paid
Board of Directors	22 April	- Approval of the Interim Management Report as of 31.03.2024.
Board of Directors	26 July	- Approval of the Half-Yearly Financial Report as of 30.06.2024.
Board of Directors	8 November	- Approval of the Interim Management Report as of 30.09.2024.

The Company employs the exemption pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, lett. a) of the Stock Exchange Regulations in relation to the publication of the periodic financial information relating to the fourth quarter of 2023.
