Saipem: pubblicazione del rendiconto sintetico delle votazioni dell'Assemblea Straordinaria

Milano, 14 dicembre 2023 – Saipem S.p.A. (la "Società") informa che, in data odierna, il rendiconto sintetico, redatto ai sensi dell'art. 125-quater del D. Lgs. 58/1998, delle votazioni dell'Assemblea Straordinaria tenutasi il 13 dicembre 2023, in unica convocazione, è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico sul sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com | sezione "Governance" – "Assemblea degli azionisti").

Saipem è un leader globale nell'ingegneria e nella costruzione di grandi progetti nei settori dell'energia e delle infrastrutture, sia offshore che onshore. Saipem: publication of the voting summary report of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

Milan (Italy), December 14, 2023 – Saipem S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the summary report of the voting, prepared pursuant to Article 125-quater of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on December 13, 2023 – single call – is available on the Company's website (www.saipem.com | Section "Governance" - "Shareholders' Meeting").
