CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI 2024

Torino (TO), 18 dicembre 2023 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. SB (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto, ai sensi dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, il calendario degli eventi societari dell'esercizio 2024:

22/03/24	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del progetto di bilancio della Società ed il bilancio consolidato del Gruppo relativo all'esercizio che si chiuderà il 31 dicembre 2023
24/04/24	Assemblea dei Soci per l'approvazione del bilancio della Società al 31 dicembre 2023 e la presentazione del bilancio consolidato della Società al 31 dicembre 2023 in prima convocazione, e il 30 aprile 2024, per la eventuale seconda convocazione
26/09/24	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata della Società al 30 giugno 2024 volontariamente sottoposta a revisione contabile limitata.

La Società provvederà a comunicare tempestivamente al mercato eventuali variazioni alle date sopra indicate.

2024 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Turin, December 18th 2023 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. SB (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that pursuant to article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the calendar of corporate events in 2024:

03/22/24	Board of Directors for the approval of the Company's draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the year ending on 31 December 2023
04/24/24	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Company's financial statements as at 31 December 2023 and the presentation of the Company's consolidated financial statements as at 31 December on first call, and on April 30th 2024, for any second call 2023
09/26/24	Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated half-yearly financial report of the Company as at 30 June 2024 voluntarily subjected to a limited audit.

Company will promptly notify the market of any changes to the dates indicated above.
