IMPROVEMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COOPTATION OF TWO DIRECTORS

Milan, December 18, 2023. Generalfinance S.p.A. announces that, following the positive outcome, communicated today, of the evaluations carried out by the Bank of Italy – in accordance with the "Supervisory provisions regarding the assessment procedure for the suitability of representatives of banks, financial intermediaries, electronic money institutions, payment institutions and deposit guarantee systems", issued by the same Supervisory Authority with the Provision of May 4, 2021 – the cooptation of Mr. Gabriele Albertini and Ms. Federica Casalvolone as Directors of Generalfinance S.p.A. – resolved by the Board of Directors on November 10, 2023 (refer to the press release on the same date) has become effective.
