Following the press release issued by Banco BPM S.p.A. on 3 October 2023, notice is hereby given that, as of 1st January 2024, the legal effects of the partial demerger of Banca Akros S. p.A. (Banca Akros) in favor of Banco BPM S.p.A. (Banco BPM) will take effect.

Partial demerger of Banca Akros S.p.A. in favor of Banco BPM S.p.A.

Milan, 22 December 2023 – Following the press release issued by Banco BPM S.p.A. on 3 October 2023, notice is hereby given that, as of 1st January 2024, the legal effects of the partial demerger of Banca Akros S.p.A. (Banca Akros) in favor of Banco BPM S.p.A. (Banco BPM) will take effect.

As a result of the demerger, as of 1st January 2024, Banco BPM will replace, both in the role of issuer and in the role of specialist, Banca Akros with reference to all the financial instruments issued by the latter at the time that were part of the business unit related to the Proprietary Finance business and included in the Demerger Project.
