- il verbale dell'Assemblea Straordinaria, tenutasi il 13 dicembre 2023, in unica convocazione;
- lo statuto sociale, come modificato all'articolo 5 relativamente al capitale sociale.

- the minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, held on December 13, 2023, in single call;
- the updated Articles of Associations, as modified by amendments to Article 5 relating to the share capital.
