Comunicazione dell'ammontare complessivo dei diritti di voto Redatta ai sensi dell'art. 85-bis, comma 4-bis, del Regolamento CONSOB n. 11971/1999

Milano 8 gennaio 2024 RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. rende noti i dati relativi alle azioni che compongono il capitale sociale e il numero dei diritti di voto esercitabili in assemblea a seguito del conseguimento della maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a complessive n. 2.986.062 azioni ordinarie intervenuta nel mese di dicembre 2023, come previsto ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del D. Lgs. 58/1998 e dello Statuto, con evidenza della variazione intervenuta rispetto alla situazione precedente.

Communication of the total amount of the voting rights pursuant t o Article 85-bis, comma 4-bis, of the CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/1999

Milan, 8 January 2024 RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. announces the total amount of shares representing the share capital and the total amount of voting rights exercisable in the shareholders' meetings following the attribution of increased voting rights for a total amount of n. 2.986.062 ordinary shares in December 2023, pursuant to Article 127-quinquies of the Legislative Decree 58/1998 and in accordance to the Article of Association, with evidence of the changes occurred with respect to the previous situation.
