DATALOGIC (Star: DAL) ACQUISTO DELLA QUALIFICA DI "PMI" DI CUI ALL'ARTICOLO 1, COMMA 1, LETTERA W-QUATER.1), TESTO UNICO DELLA FINANZA

Bologna, 8 gennaio 2024 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), società quotata presso l'Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., comunica, ai sensi dell'articolo 2-ter, comma 2, del Regolamento adottato con delibera CONSOB n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999 (il "Regolamento Emittenti") di aver acquisito la qualifica di "PMI" di cui all'articolo 1, comma 1, lettera w-quater.1), del D. Lgs. 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58 (il "TUF"), in quanto la capitalizzazione di mercato di Datalogic relativa all'anno 2023 (calcolata in conformità all'articolo 2-ter, comma 1, del Regolamento Emittenti) è stata inferiore alla soglia prevista dall'articolo 1, comma 1, lettera w-quater.1), del TUF.

L'acquisizione della qualifica di "PMI" da parte di Datalogic comporta, tra le altre, l'innalzamento della soglia minima delle partecipazioni rilevanti, da comunicare ai sensi dell'articolo 120 del TUF, dal 3% al 5% del capitale sociale votante.

ACQUISITION OF THE "SME" STATUS AS PER ARTICLE 1, PARAGRAPH 1, LETTER W-QUATER.1) OF THE ITALIAN FINANCIAL ACT

Bologna, 8 January 2024 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed in the Euronext STAR Milan Segment announces that, as per Article 2-ter, paragraph 2 of the Regulation adopted with CONSOB resolution No. 11971 of May 14, 1999 (the "Issuers' Regulation") it has acquired the status of "SME" in accordance with Article 1, paragraph 1, letter w-quater.1), of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 (the "Italian Financial Act"), as the market capitalisation of Datalogic relating to the year 2023 (calculated in compliance with Article 2-ter, paragraph 1, of the Issuers' Regulations) was lower than the threshold established by Article 1, paragraph 1, letter w-quater.1), of the Italian Financial Act.

Datalogic's acquisition of "SME" status entails, among the others, raising the minimum threshold of material shareholdings, to be disclosed pursuant to Article 120 of the Italian Financial Act, from 3 percent to 5 percent of the capital voting share capital.
