FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2024

Rome, January 8th , 2024 – In compliance with existing regulation, doValue S.p.A. announces the financial calendar for 2024.

The following events are scheduled:

• February 22nd, 2024: Publication of key consolidated economic and financial indicators as of December 31st, 2023
• March 21st, 2024: Approval of the Annual Report as of December 31st, 2023
• April 26th, 2024: Shareholders' Meeting to approve the consolidated and statutory financial statements as of December 31st, 2023
• May 13th, 2024: Approval of the Interim Report as of March 31st, 2024
• August 1st, 2024: Approval of the Semi-annual Report as of June 30th, 2024
• November 11th, 2024: Approval of the Interim Report as of September 30th, 2024

A conference call with investors and financial analysts will be held after each of the Board of Directors meetings scheduled for February, May, August, and November. Any change to the above-mentioned dates will be timely communicated to the market.

The Company will publish the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements within 90 days of the end of the 2023 financial year, therefore availing itself of the exemption from the publication of the additional periodic financial information as at December 31st, 2023, pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, lett. a), Rules of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana.
