OPENJOBMETIS S.P.A. COMPLETES THE ACQUISITION OF 100% OF JUST ON BUSINESS S.P.A. AND OF ITS SUBSIDIARY

Milan, 15 January 2024

Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Italian Stock Exchange: OJM), one of the leading Employment Agencies, and the only one listed on the Euronext STAR Milan managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that following clearance from the Italian Antitrust Authority, it has today completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Just On Business S.p.A., as well as 100% of the share capital of the subsidiary Deine Group S.r.l.

As envisaged, the price agreed is EUR 29.7 million in cash, as well as the signature of a three-year noncompete agreement with the founding partners, worth a total of EUR 2.2 million.

With revenues in excess of EUR 110 million, increasing by 18% compared to 2022, and an expected EBITDA of over EUR 4 million, Just on Business represents a growth opportunity for the Openjobmetis Group, as well as an opportunity to consolidate our positioning on the Italian contract work market".
