Rome, January 15, 2024 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "Company") announces that between January 8 and January 12, 2024, it has acquired, on the Euronext Milan market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., 13,000 own shares at a volume-weighted average price of Euro 3.2103 per share for a total consideration of Euro 41,733.
The transaction follows up on the announcement on October 9, 2023, concerning the start of a share buyback program (the "Program"), implementing the authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 27 th, 2023, and currently ongoing.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary engaged to execute the purchases, the following table summarizes, in daily and aggregate form, doValue ordinary shares' purchases carried out by the intermediary during the period indicated above.

Since the beginning of the Program, doValue has acquired 694,900 own shares (equal to 0.8686% of the share capital), for a total consideration of Euro 2,192,754. Considering the treasury shares already owned, doValue holds, as of January 12, 2024, a total of 1,527,518 treasury shares, equal to 1.9094% of the share capital.
