B&C Speakers S.p.A.:

Bagno a Ripoli (Fi), January 23, 2024 - B&C Speakers S.p.A., one of the leading international players in the field of design, production, distribution and marketing of electroacoustic transducers for professional use, informs that fiscal year 2023, based on unaudited preliminary financial data, will record for the first time in the Group's decades-long history, consolidated revenues exceeding 93M Euro and will reach the estimates made by independent analysts, in line with the growth trend.

This record figure shows a further increase compared to the turnover achieved in 2022, which amounted to EUR 82.4M. It is also informed that the preliminary turnover figure will also be provided regularly in the near future.

CEO Lorenzo Coppini comments on the preliminary number as follows:

"We are very pleased to have passed the 90M turnover threshold, with all business areas growing, confirming the quality of the strategic choices and commercial policies adopted. Also in the near future, we will continue to build success upon the strength of our brands and the realisation of the industrial projects launched in 2023 with the acquisition of the Eminence Speakers brand."

B&C Speakers S.p.A. is a leading international player in the design, production, distribution and commercialisation of electro-acoustic transducers (commonly known as loudspeakers, the main components of cabinets for the reproduction of music) for professional use, mainly intended for manufacturers of finished professional audio systems (OEM). With about 220 employees, of which about 10% are in the Research and Development Department, B&C Speakers carries out, at its sites in Florence, Reggio Emilia, Eminence (KY-USA) and DongGuan (CN), all design, production, commercialisation and control activities, under the Group's brands: B&C, 18SOUND, EMINENCE and CIARE. Most products are developed to the specific requirements of major customers. B&C Speakers is also present in the USA and Brazil through two subsidiaries that carry out commercial activities.
