POSTE ITALIANE: 2024 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Rome, 30 January 2024 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. announces its 2024 financial calendar, indicating when the Group's accounts will be examined by the Board of Directors, as well as the dates of the ad-hoc conference calls presenting relevant accounting data to the financial community:

• 28 February 2024: approval of preliminary consolidated data for the year ended 31 December 2023;
• 29 February 2024: presentation of preliminary consolidated data for the year ended 31 December 2023;
• 19 March 2024: approval of consolidated financial statements of the Poste Italiane Group, Poste Italiane S.p.A. draft financial statements as at 31 December 2023, the proposed appropriation of profits, and the new Group Strategic Plan;
• 20 March 2024: Capital Markets Day for the presentation of the new Group Strategic Plan;
• 8 May 2024: approval of the interim report on operations as at 31 March 2024;
• 9 May 2024: Q1-24 Group Results presentation;
• 29 July 2024: approval of the half-year financial report as at 30 June 2024;
• 30 July 2024: Q2 & H1-24 Group Results presentation;
• 6 November 2024: approval of the interim report on operations as at 30 September 2024;
• 7 November 2024: Q3 & 9M-24 Group Results presentation.

In order to ensure a regular flow of information towards the financial community, pursuant to article 82-ter of the Consob Issuers' Regulation, Poste Italiane plans to continue to publish throughout 2024, on a voluntary basis, periodic financial information – additional to the annual and half-yearly financial reports – with reference to 31 March and 30 September of each accounting period. More specifically interim consolidated financial reports with content that is substantially in line with that adopted so far, are expected to be approved by the Board of Directors and published within 45 days from the end of the first and third quarter.

The Annual General Meeting called to resolve, inter alia, on the approval of Poste Italiane S.p.A.'s financial statements as at 31 December 2023 and on the appropriation of profits has been scheduled for 31 May 2024, in a single call.

In line with the dividend policy adopted and already disclosed, dividend payments in 2024 are scheduled as follows:

• 26 June 2024: payment of the balance of the dividend for 2023, with ex-dividend date of 24 June 2024 and record date (i.e. date of dividend payment eligibility) of 25 June 2024;
• 20 November 2024: payment of the interim dividend for 2024, with ex-dividend date 18 November 2024 and record date of 19 November 2024.

Any amendments to this calendar will be promptly announced, using the channels used to distribute this statement. The information provided in this statement is also available on the company website (www.posteitaliane.it).
