Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 29 January – 2 February 2024

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 29 January and 2 February 2024 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2023 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 11,000 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.035% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.5657 per share, for a total of Euro 17,223.12.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 29 January and 2 February 2024 are enclosed.
