Rome, 6 February 2024 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the information document relating to transactions of greater importance with related parties concerning the Amending Act on Postal Savings between Poste Italiane S.p.A. – BancoPosta's Ring Fenced Capital and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., together with the favorable opinion of Related and Connected Parties Committee, are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "emarket Storage" ().

The aforementioned document was prepared pursuant to Article 5 of the CONSOB Regulation no. 17221/2010 and in compliance with Annex 4 to such Regulation.
