LEONARDO: MODIFICA DEL CALENDARIO FINANZIARIO 2024; GUIDANCE 2023 CONFERMATA
Roma, 08/02/2024 – Leonardo rende noto, a integrazione del calendario degli eventi societari 2024 diffuso in data 28 settembre 2023, che in data:
- Giovedì 29 febbraio 2024 la società pubblicherà i risultati preliminari consolidati del Gruppo Leonardo relativi all'esercizio 2023. Lo stesso giorno, alle 18:30 CET, si terrà una conference call per la presentazione dei dati alla Comunità Finanziaria
- Lunedì 11 marzo 2024, come precedentemente annunciato, la società approverà il Piano Industriale contestualmente al Bilancio consolidato del Gruppo e al Progetto di Bilancio di Leonardo S.p.a. relativi all'esercizio 2023
- Martedì 12 marzo 2024 la società presenterà alla Comunità Finanziaria il Piano Industriale, comprensivo della Guidance 2024 e degli obiettivi di medio periodo
La separazione delle presentazioni dei risultati preliminari 2023 e del Piano Industriale consentirà agli investitori e agli analisti finanziari di avere più tempo per esaminare i due eventi separatamente.
Il Gruppo riconferma la Guidance per l'anno 2023, come ribadito in occasione dei risultati dei primi nove mesi 2023.

LEONARDO: AMENDMENT TO 2024 FINANCIAL CALENDAR; 2023 GUIDANCE CONFIRMED
Rome, 08/02/2024 – Leonardo provides the following amendment to the 2024 Financial Calendar as released on 28th September 2023:
- On Thursday, 29th February 2024, the Company will release preliminary Full Year 2023 results. A conference call to present preliminary results to the financial community will be held at 6:30pm CET
- On Monday, 11th March 2024, as previously announced, the Company will approve the Industrial Plan, the draft Group Annual Report for 2023 and the draft Financial Statements of Leonardo S.p.a. for 2023.
- On Tuesday, 12th March 2024, the Company will present its Industrial Plan to the financial community, including Guidance for 2024 and medium-term targets
The separation of Full Year 2023 results from the Industrial Plan presentation will allow investors and analysts more time to focus on both events separately.
The Group also reconfirms its 2023 Guidance as presented with Third Quarter 2023 results.
