UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. announces that the information document on transactions of greater significance with related parties, drawn up in accordance with article 5 of the Regulation adopted by Consob with Decision no. 17221 of 12 March 2010, as amended, regarding: "Merger by incorporation of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A., Unipol Finance S.r.l., UnipolPart I S.p.A. and Unipol Investment S.p.A. into Unipol Gruppo S.p.A." is available to the public at the registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (), and on the website (www.unipolsai.com) under the Governance/Related Parties Operations section.

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. is the insurance company of the Unipol Group, Italian leader in the Non-Life Business, in particular in the MV and Health businesses. Also active in Life Business, UnipolSai has a portfolio of over 10 million customers and holds a leading position in the national ranking of insurance groups with direct income amounting to €15.1bn, of which €8.7bn in Non-Life Business and €6.4bn in Life Business (2023 figures).
