Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 19 February – 23 February 2024

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 19 February and 23 February 2024 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2023 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 18,000 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.057% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.6818 per share, for a total of Euro 30,272.74.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 19 February and 23 February 2024 are enclosed.
