29 febbraio 2024. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al mercato Euronext di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informa di aver proceduto alla nomina del dott. Donato Dalbis, già Chief Financial Officer della Società e Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari del Gruppo Exprivia ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis del TUF, quale Investor Relator della Società. Il curriculum vitae del dott. Donato Dalbis, che sulla base delle informazioni disponibili alla Società non detiene azioni di Exprivia SpA, è disponibile nella sezione "Corporate > Corporate Governance" del sito internet www.exprivia.it.
La società comunica inoltre che il termine entro cui effettuare il closing dell'operazione di acquisizione dell'85% di Balance S.p.A., inizialmente previsto al 28 febbraio 2024, come comunicato al mercato l'11 dicembre 2023, è stato differito al 15 marzo 2024.

Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the Euronext market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - hereby announces that it has appointed Mr. Donato Dalbis, former Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Manager in charge of preparing the Exprivia Group's financial reports pursuant to Art. 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act, as Investor Relator of the Company. 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act, as Investor Relator of the Company. The Company also announces that the closing date for the acquisition of 85% of Balance S.p.A., initially scheduled for 28 February 2024, as communicated to the market on 11 December 2023, has been postponed to 15 March 2024.
