Director / PDMR Shareholding

AO World PLC announces that it has received notification that, on 24 October 2024, John Roberts, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred, at nil cost, 1,600,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to charity. As a result of this transaction, John Roberts' beneficial holding is 96,043,526* Ordinary Shares representing 16.55% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

*The beneficial holding for John Roberts excludes 6,348 Ordinary Shares held by Crystalcraft Limited, a company of which he is a director and shareholder
