FinecoBank: Conclusion of Treasury Shares Purchase Programme servicing the 2023 incentive system for Financial Advisors - "2023 PFA System"*

Milan, March 7 th , 2024

On March 7 th 2024, FinecoBank concluded the Treasury Shares purchase programme to service the 2023 incentive system "2023 PFA System", initiated on February 7 th 2024 and already disclosed to the market also pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Issuers Regulation adopted with resolution n. 11971/1999, with reference to the press release issued on February 6 th 2024, to which reference is made.

FinecoBank wishes to inform that on March 5 th 2024 it purchased on the Euronext Milan, n. 23,200 ordinary Fineco shares, equal to 0,003799% of share capital, at the average price of 12.98 Euro per share, for an overall value of 301,136 Euro.

Details of the transactions on a daily aggregated basis are provided below. Detail of each purchase is attached to this press release.

The purchase transactions were carried out in compliance with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as consistent with and within the limits indicated by the shareholders authorization and the related Board implementation resolution.

During the period of implementation of the Program considered as a whole (from February 7 th to March 7 th , 2024), FinecoBank purchased a total of 44,200 treasury shares, equal to 0,007238% of share capital, at an average unit price of 12.94199 Euro, for a value of 572,036 Euro.

At the date of this press release, the Bank holds 81.200 treasury shares, equal to 0,013298% of share capital, including the shares purchased on March 5 th 2024.
