Milano, 8 marzo 2024 – Saipem S.p.A. (la "Società") informa che, in data odierna, lo Statuto Sociale, come aggiornato all'articolo 6 a seguito del ricalcolo delle espressioni numeriche riferite ai privilegi delle Azioni di Risparmio, derivante dai Raggruppamenti Azionari deliberati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 8 giugno 2022 (in esecuzione della delibera dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 17 maggio 2022) e dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 28 aprile 2017, è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico, ai sensi della vigente normativa, presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com | sezione "Governance" – "Documenti"), presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () e sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it).

Milan (Italy), March 8, 2024 – Saipem S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that, today, the updated Articles of Association have been made available to the public, pursuant to current regulations, at Saipem registered office, on the Company's website (www.saipem.com | section "Governance" – "Documents"), at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" () and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it). The amendment concerns Article 6, following the recalculation of the amount privileges enjoyed by Savings Shares, resulting from the Reverse Shares Splits approved by the Board of Directors on June 8, 2022 (in application of the Shareholders' Meeting resolution of May 17, 2022) and by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 28, 2017.
