INTESA SANPAOLO: BUYBACK FOR 1.7 BILLION EURO AUTHORISED BY THE ECB

Turin - Milan, 11 March 2024 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that the Bank today received the ECB authorisation regarding a purchase of own shares for annulment (buyback) for a maximum total outlay of 1.7 billion euro, which will be submitted for approval at the upcoming Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

Details of the buyback transaction, to be launched in June 2024, will be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations.
