Publication of the annual financial report and documentation for the Shareholders' Meeting of March 20, 2023

Milan, 14 March 2024. With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Generalfinance S.p.A. (the "Company") which will be held, in a single call, on 5 April 2024, we inform you that:

• the 2023 annual financial report, including (i) the draft financial statements as at 31 December 2023, (ii) the management report and (iii) the certifications pursuant to Art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (the TUF);
• the report of the board of statutory auditors;
• the report of the independent auditors;
• the report on corporate governance and the ownership structure as at 31 December 2023;
• the report on the remuneration policy and on the compensation paid as at 31 December 2023, and the tables prepared in accordance with Scheme 7 of Annex 3A of the Consob Issuers' Regulation no. 11971/1999 (containing data relating to the state of implementation of compensation plans based on financial instruments)

are available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, Via Giorgio Stephenson no. 43A, on the Company's website (www.generalfinance.it, in the section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/2024 Shareholders' Meeting") as well as on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage on the website .

The additional documentation on the items on the agenda, required by the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, will be made available to the public within the terms of the law and regulations by filing them at the registered office, on the corporate website, as well as at the storage eMarket Storage.
