ASCOPIAVE: Publication of the Notice of Call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting

It is herein stated that the Notice of Call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the authorized platform "eMarket Storage" () managed by Teleborsa S.r.l., and on the website of the Company (www.gruppoascopiave.it) under the area dedicated to the Meeting. An extract of the Notice of Call will be published on the daily "Il Sole 24 Ore" on 16th March 2024.

Further documentation of the afore-stated Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public, in accordance with the rules and procedures envisaged by applicable laws and regulations, at the Company's registered office, on the authorized platform "eMarket Storage" () managed by Teleborsa S.r.l., and on the website of the Company (www.gruppoascopiave.it) under the area dedicated to the Shareholders' Meeting.

Moreover, the Group holds a minority stake in energy marketing businesses (Hera Comm S.p.A.), in the field of utilities (Acinque S.p.A.) as well as in Information and Communication Technology Services (Acantho S.p.A.).

Ascopiave has been listed on the Euronext Star Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange since 12 December 2006.
