LEONARDO: DEPOSITO DOCUMENTAZIONE

Roma, 15/03/2024 – In ottemperanza alla normativa vigente, si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2023 redatta anche ai sensi dell'art. 154-ter del TUF ("Bilancio Integrato", che include il Progetto di Bilancio 2023 di Leonardo S.p.a., il Bilancio Consolidato 2023 del Gruppo Leonardo e la Relazione sulla gestione, comprensiva della Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario ai sensi del D. Lgs. n. 254/2016, nonché le attestazioni ex art. 154-bis, comma 5 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98), corredata delle pertinenti Relazioni della Società di revisione e del Collegio Sindacale, è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale in Roma, Piazza Monte Grappa n. 4, presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sul sito Internet della Società www.leonardo.com (sezione Investitori / Risultati e relazioni) e sul sito internet del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().

Si rende noto altresì che la documentazione prevista dall'art. 2429, commi 3 e 4, c.c. nonché, ai sensi dell'art. 15 del "Regolamento Mercati" Consob, le situazioni contabili delle società controllate estere rilevanti non appartenenti all'Unione Europea predisposte ai fini della redazione del bilancio consolidato, verranno messe a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale entro i termini previsti dalla normativa vigente.

Rome, 15/03/2024 – According to applicable law and regulations, you are hereby notified that the Annual Financial Report as at 31 December 2023 also drafted pursuant to art. 154-ter of the TUF ("Integrated Report", including the Leonardo S.p.a. Draft Annual Financial Statements 2023, the Leonardo Group Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 and the Management Report, containing the Consolidated nonfinancial statement pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 254/2016, as well as the written declarations pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree No. 58/98), complete with the relevant Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, is available at the Company's head office in Rome, Piazza Monte Grappa 4, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website www.leonardo.com (Investors/Results and Reports Section) as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarketStorage" ().

Furthermore, documentation required by art. 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Italian Civil Code as well as, pursuant to art. 15 of Consob "Market Regulations", the accounting status of the relevant foreign subsidiaries not based in the European Union, prepared for the purpose of the Consolidated Results, will be available at the Company's headquarters within the terms established by current regulations.
