**Fallimento CHL s.p.a.. BORSA ITALIANA – comunicazione di revoca dalla quotazione nel mercato Euronext Milan delle azioni ordinarie emesse da CHL s.p.a. a decorrere dal 24 ottobre 2024.**

**Con provvedimento emesso in data 23 ottobre 2024 Borsa Italiana s.p.a. ha comunicato la revoca dalla quotazione nel mercato Euronext Milan delle azioni ordinarie emesse da CHL s.p.a. con decorrenza dal 24 ottobre 2024.**

Il provvedimento è stato emesso da Borsa Italiana in quanto la medesima ha **ritenuto ricorrenti le circostanze previste dall' art. 2.5.1., comma 5, lettere d) e g) del Regolamento.**
