Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding

S&U was advised today that joint shareholders Mrs Andrea Coombs and Mr Alexander Coombs have on 22 October 2024, transferred 21,000 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil cost, to Alexander Coombs, a PCA of Anthony Coombs.

Following this transfer, the beneficial shareholding of Mr Anthony Coombs remains unchanged at 1,224,009 Ordinary Shares.
