2024 corporate events calendar update
Cagliari, March 20, 2024
With reference to the 2024 corporate events calendar published on November 30, 2023, Tessellis S.p.A. announces the change of events in the financial calendar and informs that the board meeting to approve the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2023 will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, instead of Thursday, March 28, 2024.
As a result, the ordinary shareholders' meeting to approve the annual financial statements will be postponed to June 17, 2024, in a single call, availing itself of the longer period of 180 days from the end of the company's fiscal year provided by Article 2364, paragraph 2, of the Civil Code and the company's bylaws.
The Company has decided to avail itself of this option in order to allow the finalization of the activities necessary for the completion of the consolidated financial statements.
