Publication of the Board of Directors' Explanatory reports on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 22 April 2024

Servizi Italia S.p.A. (the "Company") herewith informs that the explanatory report of the Board of Directors drafted pursuant to Article 125-ter of Legislative Decree. 58/1998 on items 1, 2, 3 and 5 on the agenda of the ordinary part of the Shareholders' Meeting, including the reasoned recommendation of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the appointment of the statutory audit engagement, as well as on item 1 on the agenda of the extraordinary part of the Shareholders' Meeting, convened on first call on 22 April 2024 at 10:30 a.m. and, if necessary, on second call on 23 April 2024, same place and time, has been made available to the public at Company's registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage at www.emarkestorage.com, as well as onCompany's website ir.servizitaliagroup.com (section Corporate Governance > Shareholders' Meeting > 2024).
Additional documentation related to the aforementioned Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be made available within the terms and in the manner prescribed by law and regulations.
