PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 23, 2024

Rome, March 22nd 2024 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") informs that (i) the Report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 23, 2024, prepared pursuant to art. 125-ter D.Lgs 58/1998 ("CFA") and art. 84-ter of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999, (ii) the Report on the Remuneration Policy and Compensation Paid prepared pursuant to art. 123-ter of CFA and 84-quater of Consob Issuers' Regulation, (iii) Prospectus related to the compensation plans based on financial instruments ("Performance Share 2024-2026" plan and "Restricted Share 2024-2026" plan), (iv) Report on the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares, are available to the public at the registered office at Via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2024") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

Additional documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting, as required by current regulations, will be made available to the public, in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law.
