DIVIDEND PER SHARE
Rome, March 26th , 2024 – Making reference to the press release dated March 13 2024, in which it has been reported that the Board of Directors of Avio intends to propose to the Shareholders' meeting convened for April 23, 2024 the distribution of an ordinary dividend equal to EUR 3,75 million, and an extraordinary dividend equal to EUR 2,25 million, Avio clarifies that the Dividend per share related to the ordinary dividend is equal to EUR 0,14841, whilst the Dividend per share related to the extraordinary dividend is equal to EUR 0,08904.
