FIERA MILANO: PUBBLICAZIONE LISTA DI CANDIDATI PER IL RINNOVO DEL COLLEGIO SINDACALE DEPOSITATA DA FONDAZIONE ENTE AUTONOMO FIERA INTERNAZIONALE DI MILANO

Milano, 26 marzo 2024 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società"), leader in Italia e uno dei principali operatori integrati del mondo nel settore fieristico e congressuale, informa che l'azionista

− Fondazione Ente Autonomo Fiera Internazionale di Milano

titolare di n. 45.898.995 azioni della Società, pari al 63,82 % del capitale sociale, in data 26 marzo 2024 ha depositato la seguente lista di candidati per il rinnovo del Collegio Sindacale da parte dell'Assemblea dei Soci convocata per il giorno 23 aprile 2024:

holding n. 45,898,995 shares of the Company, equal to 63.82 % of the share capital, on 26 March 2024 filed the following slate of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors by the Shareholders' Meeting called for 23 April 2024:
