Servizi Italia S.p.A. (the "Company), announces that today, the lists duly submitted by the deadline of 28 March 2024 for the appointment of the members of the Company's Board of Directors have been made available to the public at Company's registered office, on the website www.servizitaliagroup.com (Corporate Governance > Shareholders' Meeting > 2024), as well as on the authorised eMarket Storage mechanism at www.emarkestorage.com, respectively: (i) by the Majority Shareholder Aurum S.p.A, holder of a total shareholding equal to about 62.42% of the Company's total share capital, and (ii) by the minority shareholder Everest S.r.l., holder of a total shareholding equal to about 5.03%of the Company's total share capital. Both lists are accompanied by the documentation required by the laws and regulations in force and by Article 15 of the Articles of Association.

• The List n. 1 submitted by majority shareholder Aurum S.p.A., owner of n. 19,854,269 shares equal to 62.42% of the Company's share capital, is composed by the following candidates:
  • 1. Olivi Roberto, who will assume the office of Chairperson pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 3, of Company's Articles of Association;
  • 2. Eugeniani Ilaria
  • 3. Magagna Michele
  • 4. Labanti Roberta *
  • 5. Zuliani Umberto
  • 6. Pinna Benedetta *
  • 7. Salvarani Simona *

* Declared to be in possession of the independence requirements envisaged by the law and the Corporate Governance Code

• The List n. 2 submitted by minority shareholder Everest S.r.l., owner of n. 1,600,016 shares equal to 5,03% of the Company's share capital, which certified the absence of any connection with the majority shareholder, is composed of the following candidates:
  • 1. Mastrangelo Antonio Aristide*
  • 2. Sansone Arianna*
  • 3. Scalmati Marcello

* Declared to be in possession of the independence requirements envisaged by the law and the Corporate Governance Code
