PUBLICATION OF INTEGRATED FINANCIAL REPORT 2023 AND DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 23, 2024

Rome, March 29 th , 2024 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that the Annual Financial Report, including the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2023, the Separate Financial Statements as of 31 December 2023, the Directors' Report integrated with the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, the statements as per art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree n° 58 of February 24th 1998 ("CFA"), in addition to the reports drawn up by the independent audit firm and by the Board of Statutory Auditors, are available to the public at the registered office at Via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2024") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (). The Company has also made available to the public, in the same manner, the Corporate Governance and ownership structure report prepared according to art. 123-bis of CFA.
