Saipem: pubblicazione della documentazione per l'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti
Milano, 3 aprile 2024 – Saipem S.p.A. ("Saipem" o la "Società") informa che è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito Internet della società all'indirizzo www.saipem.com (sezione "Governance" | "Assemblea degli azionisti"), sul sito Internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" (), la seguente documentazione:
- − l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti del 14 maggio 2024 ed il relativo estratto che sarà pubblicato sul quotidiano "Il Sole 24 Ore", edizione di giovedì 4 aprile 2024;
- − le Relazioni Illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione sui punti 3 e 5 dell'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea Ordinaria.
L'ulteriore documentazione relativa all'Assemblea Ordinaria verrà messa a disposizione nei termini di legge.

Saipem: publication of the documentation pertaining to the Annual General Meeting
Milan (Italy), 3 April 2024 – Saipem S.p.A. ("Saipem" or the "Company") informs that the following documents are available at Saipem's registered office, on the Company's website www.saipem.com ("Governance" section | "Shareholders' Meeting"), on the Borsa Italiana website (www.borsaitaliana.it) and through the "eMarket STORAGE" mechanism at ():
- − Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 14 May 2024, and the Extract of the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be published in the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore", edition of 4 April 2024;
- − Board of Directors' Reports to the Shareholders' Meeting on the items 3 and 5 of the Agenda of the Annual General Meeting.
Additional documentation relating to the Annual General Meeting (Ordinary session) shall be made available under the terms of the Law.
