ASSEMBLEA DEGLI AZIONISTI: DEPOSITO DOCUMENTAZIONE
Roma, 05/04/2024 – Con riferimento all'Assemblea degli Azionisti di Leonardo, convocata in sede Straordinaria per i giorni 17, 20 e 24 maggio 2024 (rispettivamente in prima, seconda e terza convocazione) e in sede Ordinaria per i giorni 17 e 24 maggio 2024 (rispettivamente in prima e seconda convocazione), si rende noto che sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale in Roma, Piazza Monte Grappa n. 4, presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sul sito internet della Società (www.leonardo.com, sezione "Assemblea Azionisti 2024"), nonché sul sito internet del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage (), l'Avviso di convocazione assembleare e le Relazioni illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno per la Parte Ordinaria.
L'ulteriore documentazione relativa all'Assemblea, oltre a quanto già reso disponibile (anche con riferimento a quanto previsto dall'art. 125-quater del TUF) nella suddetta sezione del sito web di Leonardo, verrà messa a disposizione del pubblico nei termini e con le modalità di legge.

Shareholders' Meeting: filing notice
Rome, 05/04/2024 – With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Leonardo, convened in Extraordinary session on 17, 20 and 24 May 2024 (in first, second and third call respectively) and in Ordinary session on 17 and 24 May 2024 (in first and second call respectively), Leonardo hereby informs that are available to the public at the Company's head office in Rome, Piazza Monte Grappa 4, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website (www.leonardo.com, "2024 Shareholders' Meeting" section), as well as on the website of the authorized storage system eMarket Storage (), the Notice of Call of the Shareholders' Meeting and the Explanatory Reports of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda for the Ordinary Session.
Further documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting, in addition to what already available (also with reference to the provisions of art. 125-quater of TUF) in the aforementioned section of Leonardo's website, will be available to the public within the terms and with the modalities of law.
