El.En. S.p.A.: Notice of availability to the public of the proposal for appointment to supplement the board of statutory auditors for the shareholders' meeting on April 29th / May 6th, 2024

Firenze, April 8th, 2024 - El.En. S.p.A. hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that today the proposal for the appointment of a substitute statutory auditor to supplement the board of statutory auditors, deposited with the company in accordance with article 25 of the Articles of Association, is made available to the public.

The proposal for appointment, accompanied by the curriculum vitae, the declaration of acceptance of the candidacy and the position, as well as the certification required by current regulations, including regulatory ones, are available to the public at the registered office of the Company, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the website www.elengroup.com under Investor Relations/governance/shareholder documents/2024 and on the authorized storage website .
