Milan, 19 April 2024 – We hereby notify the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the change that took place as an effect of the terms of Art. 127 quinquies, paragraph 2, of the TUF, and of Art. 44 of the Consob-Banca d'Italia single measure on post-trading, and what is set out in Article 8 of the Company Bylaws (waiver of increased voting rights by Stable Shareholders).

Therefore, it is reported that, as of 18 April 2024 (record date for the Shareholders' meeting on 29 April 2024), the total amount of voting rights is equal to 1,632,459,998.

It should be noted that the share capital is equal to Euro 420,000,000 and is made up of no. 1,107,207,314 ordinary shares with no par value.
