AVVISO DI PAGAMENTO DEL DIVIDENDO E VERBALE DELL'ASSEMBLEA DEI SOCI

Si informa che l'Assemblea degli Azionisti di Fiera Milano S.p.A. del 23 aprile 2024 ha approvato, inter alia, il bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2023 e la distribuzione di un dividendo ordinario lordo di Euro 0,14 per ciascuna azione ordinaria avente diritto, a valere sull'ammontare dell'utile dell'esercizio 2023.

Il dividendo sarà messo in pagamento a decorrere dal 2 maggio 2024, con stacco cedola n. 10 in data 29 aprile 2024 e record date in data 30 aprile 2024.

Si informa, altresì, che il verbale dell'Assemblea dei Soci tenutasi il 23 aprile 2024 verrà messo a disposizione del pubblico nei termini di legge e con le modalità previste dalle vigenti normative.

NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

On 23 April 2024 the Shareholders' Meeting of Fiera Milano S.p.A. approved, among others, the Financial Statements as at 31 December 2023 and the distribution of a gross dividend of Euro 0.14 for each ordinary share entitled, based on the amount of profit for the 2023 financial year. The payment of the dividend will take place from 2 May 2024, with release of coupon No. 10 on 29 April 2024 and record date of 30 April 2024.

The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting held on 23 April 2024 will be disclosed to the public according to the deadlines and criteria established by the applicable laws.
