ASSEMBLEA IN SECONDA CONVOCAZIONE
Milano, XX aprile 2024 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. (la "Società") rendo noto che l'Assemblea degli azionisti della Società convocata presso lo Studio legale Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, in Milano, Piazza Borromeo n. 8, in sede ordinaria, per i giorni 24 e 30 aprile 2024, rispettivamente, in prima e in seconda convocazione, si terrà in seconda convocazione il giorno 30 aprile 2024 alle ore 10:00. SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON SECOND CALL
Milan, XX April 2024 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company convened at the law firm Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, Piazza Borromeo n. 8, Milan, on 24 and 30 April 2024, respectively, on first and second call, will be held, on second call, on 30 April 2024 at 10:00 a.m. For further details, please refer to the notice of call of the Shareholders' Meeting available on the Company's website (www.italianwinebrands.it, "Investors / financial-documents / Shareholders' Meetings" section).
