Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 22 April – 26 April 2024

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 22 April and 26 April 2024 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 22 April 2024 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 8,404 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.026% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.8153 per share, for a total of Euro 15,255.92.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 22 April and 26 April 2024 are enclosed.
